Open House Sunday

LADIES BIBLE STUDY:   The  “Rose  of  Sharon”  Bible  Study  will  begin this Tuesday, November 3rd, 10 AM - 12 noon in room 100.  (Workbooks are available for purchase in the bookstore.)

WEDNESDAY  DINNER:    Please make  your reservations by tonight.  Menu:  Autumn Beef Stew with Root Vegetables over Jasmine Rice, Salad, and Dessert, Ice Tea  and/or  Hot  Coffee.   Pick  up  an  envelope  at  the  Welcome Center, enclose the correct amount (cash or check), and label the front with your name and number of adults and/or children to make your reservation. Cost: Adults  -
(11 yrs. and older): $6.00; Children (3 - 10 yrs.):  $3.00.

HARVEST  OFFERING:   Next  Sunday,  November 8th  we  will  be collecting  offering   for   the   new   playground   and  to  remodel  the  fellowship  hall.  We  are hoping to raise $23,000 over and above our regular tithes and offerings.

VETERANS:   Next Sunday we will  be  honoring  all  veterans  in  both  morning services.

BLOOD DRIVE:   Saturday,  November  14th,  9 AM - 1 PM.  Sign  up  at  the Welcome Center.

STRIVING TOGETHER CONFERENCE:  November 15th - 18th.  Guest Preachers;  Dr. David Gibbs, Jr., Dr. Paul Chappell, Dr. R.B. Ouellette, Evangelist Chris Miller.  Do not miss a service.

SUPER 60’s:  Sign  up at the Welcome Center for the Thanksgiving Celebration.  Cost:  $8.00.  Tickets are available for pick up (Word of Life Sights and Sounds of Christmas) at the bookstore.

THANKSGIVING/CHRISTMAS BASKETS:  Many folks will face the upcoming holidays without the resources for a special dinner.  You can make a difference.  (See insert.)  On Monday, November 23rd at 7:00 PM the ladies will assemble these food baskets for our volunteers to deliver.  Ladies, we also will enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner that night.  Please sign up at the Welcome Center to bring your specialty.
